Business Hours
MEDI-PRINT AUSTRALIA's web site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 – 4:00 Friday.

Prompt Service
It is MEDI-PRINT AUSTRALIA's policy to process and despatch catalogue orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. Delays may occur if certain lines experience a strong demand however we endeavour to replenish stocks as soon as possible. If we are met with an untimely delay we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

Refunds & Returned Goods
Should any customers receive goods not suitable for their application, a full refund will be given if goods are returned to us within 10 days from initial receipt. If goods can be exchanged, please contact us and replacement goods will be despatched immediately returned goods are received. These conditions only apply to catalogued lines - it excludes labels custom printed. All goods must be returned in their original condition to comply with our refund/exchange policy.

Despatch & Packaging
Most orders are depatched & sent via Australia Post. Local and large orders are sent via courier or express transport. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for deliveries, pending location within Australia.

Transaction Currency
All price lists quoted are in Australian dollars and do not include GST. GST is currently charged at 10%.

Freight Charges
A rate of $15.00 (+ GST) is charged per order, Australia wide.
